Guarantee :
•   The tender should enclose a bank guarantee or a certified cheque issued by any bank in Sultanate of Oman unconditional and irrevocable and shall be disbursement as soon as it is submitted for the value of (1%) of the tender value valid for a period of at least sixty (60) days from the last date of the tender submission and addressed to to procurement department during working hours: Sunday – Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre LLC.
•   The bid bond should be including 5% Vat.
•   The bid bond should be submitted as a separate to procurement department during working hours: Sunday – Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm
•   Any tender not accompanied by a tender bond shall be rejected.
