Sheikha joined as OCEC's Sales Manager - International Conferences in 2014 and was part of the small but strong pre-opening team. She brought with her a strong set of skills gained at every opportunity she has worked on, including three international chain hotels. She has a demonstrated history of excellent work ethics combined with professional expertise in business planning, operations management, coaching among many others. A strong sales professional with a master’s degree focused in Tourism and Travel Services Management from IMC Fachhochschule Krems, Sheikha now leads the convention department overseeing bidding processes for prestigious international and regional congresses and has secured in bringing world-class business events to Oman and to the OCEC.
